ABOUT

FothergillTC are a bespoke sustainability consultancy providing practical solutions to complex challenges and the resulting change management processes needed to improve sustainability performance. We act to develop the capacity of the organisations we work with to leave them better equipped to delivery their future projects in a more sustainable manner.

Our senior team has over 35 years of experience across the sustainability sector, with recent work including the development and delivering Environmental and Social training programmes for the World Bank and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. We often work in association with trusted partners who are expert in their field, ensuring our clients get high quality work, without the scale of costs associated with the global mega-consultancy model.

We work across:

- Sustainability Strategy (for example: Francis Crick Institute's sustainability strategy);

- Impact Assessment (for example: as the expert trainer for the RTPI's EIA Masterclass series);

- Institutional Capacity (for example: World Bank's environmental & social staff accreditation system); and

- The Circular Economy (for example: delivering BSI training to business across Wales for the Welsh Government).

We take a collaborative approach to delivery to ensure our clients recognise the purpose and feel ownership of the work we develop and deliver with them. Our services include:

- Sustainability capacity & maturity review;

- Corporate strategy;

- Learning, development & accreditation systems;

- Tools & guidance; and

- Training: traditional, immersive & e-learning.
