Scotland’s EIA Conference will return to Edinburgh on the 27th September 2022 providing an opportunity for around 120 members of the professional community to meet face-to-face once again.

The 2022 theme is Advancing EIA Practice and will seek to explore how the tool and practitioners application of it is adapting to address the challenges of the climate and biodiversity crises and the opportunities of Net Zero and the Circular Economy. The conference will also seek to explore developments and case law and provided face-to-face capacity building workshop activities on core aspects of practice.

As in previous years, the partnership of Fothergill Training & Consulting, the Scottish Government, HES, NatureScot and SEPA are working together to enhance Scottish EIA by organising this free to attend conference.

The conference is only made possible through the kind support of our sponsors:

- Brodies LLP

- LUC

- RSK

- SSE Renewables

Registration for the 2022 Conference is expected to open in early June and will be linked from here and promoted via LinkedIn and relevant professional bodies.
